Vineyard: 120 meters above sea level, facing a south/south-western exposure.
Density per hectare: between 3.600 and 4.200 stump/hectare

Harvest: The grapes are all picked by hand from the 6th September for Merlot, from the 21st September for Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit-Verdot
Sugar at harvest-time: 260 gr/litre
Temperature of fermentation: The wine was fermented in temperature-controlled vats at about 31 °C.
Time of maceration: 16 days for Merlot and Petit-Verdot and 20 for Cabernet Sauvignon
Aging: In new French oak barrels for 18 month.
Bottling: March 2007
Alcohol: 14% vol.
